Having recently graduated from WAAPA with a Bachelor of Music, Michael Ellis is a jazz guitarist eager to share new and original music mixed with his unique take on songs from the jazz repertoire.

Drawing from an eclectic repertoire of lush soundscapes and lyrical storytelling, Simone weaves jazz, blues, latin and folk together with a pinch of pop, a gospel feel and a whole lot of soul. Combining vocal artistry with an irrepressible sense of humour, and supported by some of Perth's finest jazz musicians, an evening with this inimitable diva is an event to elevate your spirit!

9.20-10.20pm: Bon Iver: Reimagined
Be captivated by the hauntingly beautiful melodies of Bon Iver delivered with a modern twist. Boase and Keet are back again with their hit programme of arrangements from Grammy award winning albums ‘i,i’, ‘22, A Million’ and ‘For Emma, Forever Ago’. This spiritually evocative music will be brought to life with a full band and five-piece horn section. Using their Jazz backgrounds, Boase and Keet seamlessly blend influences from far and wide to present a night of music that will set your soul on fire.
